"I have nothing personally against Kevin’s office, they all have been patient and understanding but the claims department is awful!! It now has been almost exactly a week since our accident and we still have no answers as to if our TOTALED car is going to be covered. I have been stuck at home with no way of getting to work or anywhere else. I have 2 kids that I have to provide for! The very least they could have done is provided a rental seeing as it’s been 6 days since the accident! Miss Tara Hicks is the claim handler and let me just say, she is incredibly rude and has no communication skills! This entire encounter has been nothing but stressful and unpleasant dealing with state farm."
